Kirk Tramble

Kirk has extensive experience designing, deploying and managing global information systems. He focused his skills as an expert IT professional at a leading US-based energy company with $200 billion in annual revenues. He pioneered various IT-based solutions, streamlining the company’s operations and boosting performance.
Capitalizing on his vast technical experience, marketing insight and leadership abilities, Kirk founded Kizata LLC in 2009. Kirk’s education includes – BS Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an 
MBA from the Tuck School of Business Dartmouth College.

Kenneth Sadler

Kenny has more than 15 years experience in business-to-business sales, marketing and business development consulting with firms ranging from Global leaders to local start-ups. His focus was–and continues to be—building lasting business relationships, through which real business solutions are consistently applied to real customer problems. Originally hired as a consultant, Kenny joined the Kizata management team in Spring 2011 as its Operations Manager, and now serves as its Business Development Manager. Kenny’s education includes a BA in Rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley.

Heather Mellon

Heather has worked to become a social media expert, tracking the rapid changes in popular social media outlets, particularly Facebook and Twitter. She honed her skills at a local museum, pioneering its use of social media and coordinating its marketing efforts. A Bay Area native, Heather worked in the museum field for several years before pursuing a career in the marketing industry. Heather attended University of the Pacific and San Francisco State University.

Kathleen Kyllonen

Kathleen comes to Kizata with over 20 years administrative experience.  She has developed her skills working in the transportation, finance, non-profit and service fields where she has been instrumental in developing organization processes and reducing operating expenses. A native Californian and long time Bay Area resident, Kathleen attended Chabot College where she studied Project Management and Administration.

Avinash Deedwaniya

Avinash is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to computer knowledge which includes more than seven years of combined experience with technical support, server administration, web application design, and database design. Avinash has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration: Information Technology from the University of Symbiosis. Don’t let Avinash’s calm demeanor beguile you. He tenaciously researches technical challenges and provides quick resolution. His self-reliance makes him a great team member and we’re glad to have him aboard.

Tejpal Shekhawat

Tejpal comes with years of experience creating compelling and unique web designs. Endowed with the rare combination of innate design sense and an amiable, easy going personality, Tejpal’s contribution to an outstanding customer experience is invaluable. He joined the Kizata team to help out with design and converting complex designs into XHTML and CSS code. Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means, all you need to know is it’s really hard to do it right and Tejpal does it right. Plus he brings the additional expertise of being able to apply designs to our Site Works CMS by editing Open Source CMS views as part of the MVC architecture.
